Statement of Support:

Librarians are able to provide a basic level of assistance with troubleshooting, system setup, and downloads of licensed programs for both Pocket PC and Palm devices. Assistance is available Mon-Thurs 9-9, Fri 9-6; appointments are recommended. The Library also provides information regarding registration for wireless access. At this time, IST is not supporting PDAs on this campus.
