Now let's figure out where these images came from. In Fig. 1 we see overall a lot of serous cells which are dark, and many mucous cells as well which are lighter. So both dark and light colors are seen, so this means that fig. 1 is taken from the Submandibular Gland, because the submandibular gland has about a fifty-fifty split of serous to mucous cells.

In Fig. 2 we see a majority, if not all mucous cells giving it an over all light color. This must mean that this image is taken from the Sublingual Gland, because the sublingual gland is made up of mostly mucous cells, with some serous demilunes here and there.

In Fig. 3 all we see is serous cells, with no mucous cells at all with an over all dark color of the gland. So this must mean (besides the fact that it is the only gland not mentioned yet) that this is taken from the Parotid gland which is made of serous cells.
