So where is the image taken from. Lets start from Fig. 1. First do we see any real organization? Looking at the image we don't see much so it looks like a Mess, and we see red and darker color areas so these must be Red pulp and White pulp so that must mean that Fig.1 is from the Spleen. Fig.2 has trabeculae, and it looks like it has some organization with a lighter staining area in the middle and darker borders. Most important I see what the white arrow is pointing to which is Hassell's Corpuscle. Now I know we are in the Thymus. So Fig.2 is from the thymus. Fig. 3 has a capsule and it looks like the entire outer edge has Nodules in it. The middle looks pretty empty, so this must be the Cortex and the Medulla of a Lymph Node. So fig. 3 is from a Lymph Node.
