The training program offers excellent patient diversity and pathology. Five hospitals participate in our residents' training:

Kennedy Health System

The three hospitals of the Kennedy Health System at Stratford, Washington Township, and Cherry Hill, New Jersey, (215, 200 and 192-bed facilities) draw primarily from suburban and rural communities.

Out-Patient Facilities

Nursing Home

As part of the clinical services, residents provide patient care services to patients at the nearby Stratford Nursing Home at 18 West Laurel Road in Stratford. The patients at this nurisng home are provided with:

Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center

Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden is a 375-bed tertiary care center that serves both its local inner city community as well as the Southern New Jersey region. For over five decades, the Medical Center has been committed to enhancing the health and well being of southern New Jersey residents and particularly devoted to caring for those most in need. The Medical Center is sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, NY, who came to Camden in 1950 to open the hospital that would be a transforming healing presence in the community. Today, Our Lady of Lourdes is a 410-bed teaching facility known for being a leader in the provision of state–of-the-art services as well as an essential provider of primary care services to all.

Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County is a 249-bed community hospital in Willingboro. For more than four decades, the hospital has been committed to providing technologically advanced diagnostic and treatment options close to home, particularly to those most in need.

Specialty services include: the Lourdes Cancer Program; bariatric, or weight-loss surgery, certified as a Center of Excellence by the Surgical Review Committee of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery; surgical services, including many minimally invasive procedures; orthopedics; maternity services; Lourdes Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey, a unit for long-term acute-care patients; wound care; a neurodiagnostic sleep lab; behavioral health services; and cardiology services.

The Lourdes Wellness Center is a leader in integrative and holistic services, combining mainstream medicine, alternative therapies and spirituality to enhance a healthy lifestyle. Programs include community health education and wellness, integrative family medicine and the Lourdes Institute of Holistic Studies. The center has facilities in Collingswood, Camden County and Columbus, Burlington County.

Lourdes is recognized by the American Hospital Association as a national leader in the provision of community outreach services. Senior Dining and Parish Health Nursing are among the outreach programs at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.

Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County is part of the Lourdes Health System, and is sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany, N.Y. Lourdes is a member of Catholic Health East, a health system with 33 hospitals on the East Coast.
